Rowans Hospice delivers specialist palliative and end of life care to adults with life-limiting illnesses across South East Hampshire. Highly trained carers provide expert symptom management alongside psychological, spiritual and social support for patients and their loved ones. Care is available around the clock through the in-patient unit, hospice at home services, and the Living Well Centre.
As an independent charity, Rowans Hospice provides all care free of charge, funded by community donations, legacies and retail shops. For 30 years the hospice has supported local people through diagnosis, treatment, end of life and bereavement, helping families create precious moments during challenging times.
