Shrewsbury Primary Care Network brings together 11 local GP practices working collaboratively to support more than 104,000 people living in and around Shrewsbury, Shropshire. By teaming up, these practices share staff, resources and ideas to provide more joined-up, efficient care that better meets the needs of the local community. The network provides access to a wide range of healthcare professionals who work across all member practices, including pharmacists, paramedics, mental health practitioners and social prescribers. Services include extended opening hours, home visits from paramedics and specialist clinics led by pharmacists, all designed around patient needs.
