Six Degrees delivers mental health and bereavement services across Salford and Greater Manchester, supporting over 10,000 people each year. As a social enterprise and commissioned NHS partner, the organisation runs Step 2 NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression and provides bereavement counselling. Services address anxiety, depression, grief and loss through accessible, community based care.
The approach centres on individual needs, working with marginalised groups and ensuring services remain rooted in the communities they serve. Six Degrees combines NHS backed compassion and safety with the agility of a Community Interest Company, creating trusted partnerships with commissioners and the people who depend on its support.
