Sound Primary Care Network connects Budshead Medical Practice, Elm Surgery, Friary House Surgery, Oakside Surgery and Southway Surgery in north-west Plymouth. Together the five practices coordinate primary care for a population of around 42,000 patients. Network teams work across member sites to provide proactive, coordinated support, including pharmacy, care coordination and community clinical roles. Staff combine practice-based relationships with shared services designed around local patient needs.
