South Downs Health and Care is a not-for-profit GP federation and certified social enterprise established in 2016 by GP practices in Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford. The organisation has grown to include 25 member practices and operates as a GP Federation owned by its member practices, reinvesting margins into free point-of-care services. SDHC provides healthcare services at scale including out-of-hours NHS GP services, flu and COVID-19 vaccination programmes, phlebotomy, and private GP services.
