South Durham Health CIC is a not for profit collaborative of 17 GP practices in County Durham, working together to strengthen primary care across Sedgefield and Easington. The federation supports member practices in delivering personalised, comprehensive healthcare while extending services beyond traditional hours, ensuring patients receive consistent, accessible care when they need it. By pooling resources, expertise, and infrastructure, South Durham Health enables smaller practices to deliver the quality and breadth of services typically available only to larger organisations. This ensures 177,000 local residents benefit from coordinated, responsive healthcare that meets the evolving needs of the South Durham community.
