South Warwickshire GP Federation is a membership organisation of 29 GP practices in South Warwickshire. It works with practices, Primary Care Networks and health and voluntary-sector partners to enhance patient care, delivering gynaecology, dermatology, GP-in-the-Emergency-Department and stop-smoking services, plus clinical, administrative, resilience, quality, finance and business support. Established in 2014, it addresses rising demand and resource pressures by adding capacity, coordinating care and delivering services centrally where scale is more effective. Its members represent nearly 90% of South Warwickshire practices and 275,000 patients, while system partnerships extend specialist access and strengthen primary care.
