St Andrew's Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare for people with the most complex mental health needs in the UK. Since 1838, the organisation has delivered secure, rehabilitative and community based care for men, women, children and adolescents across sites in Northampton, Essex, Birmingham and Nottinghamshire. Services include forensic mental health, personality disorder, autism, learning disability and neuropsychiatry. The charity works in partnership with NHS commissioners, families and carers to transform lives through evidence based treatments. With over 4,000 staff, St Andrew's supports around 650 patients at any one time through inpatient wards, rehabilitation pathways and outpatient clinics.
