St Michael's Hospice provides specialist palliative care for adults with life limiting illnesses across Hastings and Rother. The hospice supports patients and their families through inpatient care, community outreach, wellbeing programmes and bereavement services. Every care plan is tailored to what matters most to the individual, addressing physical, emotional, spiritual and practical needs.
Working alongside GPs, hospital teams and NHS services, St Michael's offers expert symptom management, rehabilitation support, counselling and spiritual care. The hospice builds compassionate networks within the community, helping people live well through dying, death and loss when they need specialist support most.
