St Peter & St James Hospice provides free, expert palliative care for adults living with a progressive, life-limiting illness, alongside support for their families and carers. Its nurses, doctors, therapists and counsellors offer 24/7 advice and individualised care through an inpatient unit, outpatient appointments, Living Well Centre and community nursing at home across Mid Sussex and surrounding areas. By helping people live and die well according to what matters most to them, the hospice addresses the complex practical, clinical and emotional needs that usual care may not meet. Serving its community for 50 years, it works with GPs, hospitals and NHS services, while local generosity keeps this specialist support free of charge.
