Thames Hospice delivers world class specialist palliative and end of life care to adults across East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. Expert clinical support reaches patients through a state of the art inpatient unit beside Bray Lake and via community services. Teams focus on the dignity of those they serve, providing medical and therapeutic care for physical and emotional needs. Services remain free of charge to the local community 365 days a year. The hospice raises £39,000 every day to fund these vital operations. Every role within the organisation contributes to providing comfort and specialist support to families during the most challenging moments of life. Staff ensure patients receive expert care in a safe environment.
