The Elms Medical Centre is a long-established NHS training practice at 3 The Elms in Liverpool. It is a member of Central Liverpool Primary Care Network and provides services under a General Medical Services contract with NHS England. Its published multidisciplinary team includes GP partners, salaried GPs, trainees, nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, a pharmacy technician, a physiotherapist, a social prescriber, management staff and care navigators. The practice offers appointments, prescriptions, test results, fit notes and other primary-care services. It trains GP, medical and nursing students, and its mission emphasises accessible services, preventative healthcare, a safe and supportive environment, teamwork, staff development and continuous improvement.
