Rotherham Hospice provides specialist palliative care for adults living with terminal illness in Rotherham and surrounding areas. The charity operates a 14-bed inpatient unit, a Hospice at Home service, day services, bereavement support including dedicated provision for children and young people, and therapy services, all delivered free of charge.
Since 1988, the hospice has supported thousands of local families through difficult moments. Services focus not just on clinical care but on understanding each person's world, respecting individual needs, and making every moment count. The hospice receives only 20% of its funding from the NHS and relies on community support to continue its work.
