WF GP FedNet is a collaboration of Primary Care and partner stakeholders delivering high quality NHS care at scale throughout Waltham Forest. The organisation subscribes to the local Health and Well Being Strategy and provides more services closer to patients. This model improves service integration between practices and providers to ensure the quality and safety of services for all users. The federation develops services specifically to suit local needs and supports residents in leading active and healthy lives. This model provides opportunities for practices to come together and explore innovative ways of delivering Primary Care. The group shares responsibility for patient focussed services including Enhanced Access to streamline healthcare across the community.
