Waythrough provides free, confidential support services in mental health, substance use, housing, domestic abuse, employment and related areas. Operating 260 services across England with nearly 3,500 staff and volunteers, the organisation supports around 130,000 people annually who are facing multiple disadvantage and need joined up, human centred care.
The system is not working for everyone who needs it. Waythrough breaks down the barriers between traditionally separate services, joining the dots in a smarter, more human way. Starting with what people want and what they are capable of, not their problems or deficits, the organisation helps people work out who they want to be and where they want to go.
