We deliver NHS community services in Kingston upon Thames and learning disability support across Richmond. We manage care across the life course, from health visitors making antenatal visits to district nursing teams supporting people at the end of their lives. Our teams include school health visitors, therapists, and urgent community responders who rehabilitate patients after surgery or falls. We operate as a Community Interest Company and reinvest every pound of profit back into frontline care. Nearly 600 staff members work within our organisation and hold membership status to influence how we design and deliver services. This independent structure allows us the freedom to innovate while ensuring our community remains the primary beneficiary of our work.
