About the Role:
We're looking for a Support Worker to support our young client in Bexhill-on-Sea. Our client has needs such as autism and challenging behaviour. This role offers a unique opportunity to help our young client thrive both at home and in the community. All of the shifts are double up shifts (two support workers on shift together).

  • In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
