We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive teams in Northampton. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with at least 2 years’ experience who is motivated to work across all areas of neurological rehabilitation. What you'll be working:
This role is 37.5
We understand the need for a positive work, life balance and would be happy to discuss flexible working for the right candidate. Additionally, a travel allowance may be available to support commuting between the sites.

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and management of challenges to physical abilities
  • Function as a key therapist to ensure active co-ordination and management of the therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve the client’s agreed rehabilitation goals
  • Ensure accurate documentation of assessment, treatment, and outcome measures
  • Be a great team player and be willing to go that extra mile for your clients and their family
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties
  • Liaise with family, carers, and significant others where appropriate to ensure client’s needs are met to a high standard
  • You will be supported by experienced and skilled senior staff, and have protected training, CPD and peer support time within your job

What you'll have:
  • HCPC registration
  • 2 years’ postgraduate work experience
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a car
  • Experience of working within a neurological rehabilitation setting
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
