Description
Job title: Support Worker
Employer: Active Care Group
Reference: REQ002654
Location: Mold
Salary: up to £14.00 per hour
Posted date: 2026-10-26
Closing date: 2026-11-30
You must be a driver for this role.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support one of our female clients who has FND, in her own home where she lives with her husband based in Mynydd Isa, Mold
When you'll be working:
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
What you'll be doing:
🐾 The client has a dog, so you must be comfortable around pets.
About our client:
Our client is fun loving lady who enjoys going out for lunch, arts and crafts and charity shop shopping. Her condition means that she needs constant supervision but she does like to be as independent as possible. A support worker who drives is very important for this role as it allows our client to go to her appointments and also carry out her interests and hobbies.
If you're looking for a rewarding role where every day is different — and you love dogs, shopping, and a good gossip — we'd love to hear from you!
What to look forward to:
Active Care Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer. However due to the nature of the position there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement to recruit Female Personal Healthcare Assistant
