The role of a Care Assistant:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care

About you: You don't need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.

• The shift patterns for this role will be:

Week 1 - Tuesday 2pm-8pm, Saturday 2pm-8pm
Week 2 - Monday 2pm-8pm, Tuesday 8am-2pm, Wednesday 2pm-8pm, Sunday 8am-2pm

• No previous experience is necessary, and full training will be provided. All candidates must have a compassionate nature, patience, be great with people, and have at least 12 months right to work in the UK.
