Main duties of the job

The role is restricted to female applicants only under a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) as it involves providing personal care to women, to preserve their dignity and privacy. You will support people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care, help with shopping, preparing meals, companionship, and assisting with medication. We provide comprehensive training, and no previous healthcare experience is required.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Youll bring:

• No previous healthcare experience required - We provide comprehensive training, free of charge
• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
