Were looking for:

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• 24 hour contract (Including alternate weekends)
• Night shifts 20:00 - 08:15

Your role:

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management

Qualifications
Essential

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK, at least 2 years experience in social care, QCF Level 2 or above.
