Job summary

Package Description: Akari Care is a trusted provider of personalised nursing and residential care within local communities across England and Wales. We offer up to £1500 welcome bonus (subject to T&Cs) for all nurses joining our permanent team. We now seek additional Nurses who are passionate about, and thrive on, making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. Main duties of the job

We offer up to £1500 welcome bonus for all nurses joining our permanent team. We seek additional Nurses who are passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of older people. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to residents, leading and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment. About you
  • Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
  • A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach
  • Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively
  • Have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
  • Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
