Main duties of the job
Akari Care is seeking additional passionate Nurses to join their team to make a real positive impact on the lives of older people. This position offers a professionally stretching and rewarding career, where the Nurse will ensure the highest levels of clinical and medical care for residents. Alongside this, the role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring a team, creating an inclusive environment for residents, allowing them to feel secure and retain their dignity and self-respect.   • Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
  • A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach
  • Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively
  • Have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
