Key Responsibilities- Generate insights into brands, markets, patients, customers, homecare and the NHS by analysing multiple data sources to inform and influence strategic and tactical business planning and decisions.
- Deliver analysis of data, forecasting and clear reporting at an optimal frequency to support business review, planning, incentive schemes, homecare KPIs and decision making.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, monitoring, and analysis of all national and sub national sales data, and sales team performance data (CRM inputs and outputs) in line with key performance indicators.
- Lead the procurement of data and the development of reporting systems and processes to improve the accessibility of relevant information and insight to internal stakeholders.
- Design high quality market research to support brand strategy and marketing mix decisions.
- Work closely with Global, other Market Companies and ad hoc teams to ensure best practice sharing and delivery of relevant projects.
- Work as a business partner collaborating with colleagues to manage resources and role modelling behaviour in data analysis, knowledge building, insight generation and opportunity creation.
The Business Insight and Commercial Excellence manager’s purpose is to provide data analysis, insights, reports, and recommendations that support commercial excellence and competitive advantage for Almirall in the UK and republic of Ireland.
This is a very visible role and will work closely across functional teams and global market insights and commercial excellence teams. The scope of role includes analysing and reporting, sales force effectiveness, primary market research, multichannel analytics, forecasting and KPI tracking. The ideal candidate has a talent for synthesising data into insights into opportunities and the business acumen to support business execution with scorecard KPIs.
The role is part of the marketing team and reports to the head of marketing and will be based in Uxbridge (with flexible working).
