Main Duties of the JobAs an associate GP, you will play a vital role in enhancing our PCN services, focusing on:
- Enhanced health in Care Homes
- Urgent, acute and routine clinics
- Addressing the frailty domains of the GP Delivery Improvement Framework
- Supporting Urgent Care demand
- Conduct in-person and telephone consultations
- Visit patients at home and in nursing homes
- Manage repeat prescriptions and clinical administration
- Collaborate closely with our PCN team to enhance patient care and frailty management
About UsAsh Trees Surgery is one of our practices, within our two practice PCN. Ash Trees Surgery has six branch sites, is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services. We are training practices offering a variety of enhanced services, including minor surgery, women's health, and menopause care.

Person SpecificationExperienceDesirable- Experience working in a GP practice using EMIS is desirable but not essential
QualificationsEssential- Qualified GP with full GMC registration and a license to practice
- Must be on a performers list and possess a UK drivers license

- Ability to empathize and listen actively
- Team-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptable with a solutions-focused mindset
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
