Location and Working Environment- This position is hybrid and can be based in the Addlestone office, United Kingdom.

Purpose & Scope- As Lead, Global Market Access Implementation – International Markets, you will play a critical role in ensuring that global market access strategies are effectively translated into actionable, locally relevant solutions across diverse international markets.
- You will partner closely with global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders to drive pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies that maximize patient access and product value.
- He/She is a core member of brand at centre, regional INT-C team for brands assigned.
- The primary focus of the roles is all international market priority countries (Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Taiwan, Korea, Australia) for brands in scope
Role and Responsibilities- Lead on execution of global market access and pricing strategy, value dossier, value story (“Global Market Access Output”)
- Able to identify areas of interest / focus for across International Markets and provide Head, GMAP Implementation with recommendation / perspective
- Recommend on what to feedback / escalate to Global Market Access Lead
- Recommend capability building pipeline and material for affiliates in accordance with needs identified
- Liaise with medical and health economic KEEs to ensure optimized model structures and key data input for reimbursement applications and contribute to the advancement of new methodologies
- Act as INT-C MAP representative in Global Value team, Disseminate GVT deliverable to markets and ensure INT-C needs are well reflected (CVD, Value Proposition, Objection handler)
- Support affiliates in the development of their pricing and access strategy and dossier / model localisation for reimbursement application process (Support construction of business case, LRR -18, Ensure appropriate MAP needs captured in HEOR plan, Set up target prices )
- Accountable for the development and execution of PAI’s/ AAS in lower to middle income countries.
Required Qualifications- Post-graduate qualification such as MBA and/or MSc or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Global / International experience in a Market Access and/or Implementation Lead role in a major pharma company with strong patient/customer focus.
- Strong track record delivering pricing & reimbursement strategies
- Excellent leadership and cohesion, with a vision of team success, and make plans to motivate others to work hard to achieve the vision.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align regional leadership on market access priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.
- Experience with pricing and reimbursement across emerging markets (ie Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Taiwan, Korea, Australia)
- English professional level in speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication skills and good understanding in the multicultural corporate environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Broad technical expertise and project leadership capabilities with a proven track record of effectively managing and influencing staff and stakeholders, a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results and capability to solve complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in working effectively across diverse cultures with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information, including complex policy and reimbursement information in business relevant language to diverse audiences.
