About You
You’re an experienced care leader who knows how to bring out the best in people, make confident decisions and balance quality care with commercial success.

You’ll have:

• At least four years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Hold a current NMC registration and a nursing qualification.
• A Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and experience developing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness, good IT skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
