This role is working 12 hours shifts from 8am to 8pm with rotational weekend work - 24 hours per week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant at Barchester, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day to the fullest. Providing both practical support and meaningful companionship, you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you care for.
In this role, you'll:

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Help residents with food and drink throughout the day
• Build positive relationships and provide companionship
• Follow individual care plans and support resident wellbeing
• Spend valuable one-to-one time with residents
• Encourage independence while promoting dignity and respect
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver high-quality support
