Job summary
Although this position is a 24 months fixed-term contract, the actual contract duration will be adjusted to account for the time taken to advertise the post, complete the hiring process, and finalise pre-employment checks. This means the contract will begin when the candidate starts the role and may be slightly shorter than 24 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain a fully funded qualification and step into the rewarding world of Midwifery--all while earning a Band 5 salary. The two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Midwifery aims to produce competent, caring, autonomous and evidenced-based midwives, capable of delivering effective personalised quality care for mothers, birthing people and their families in any context.

During the two-year course, time will be spent 50% with London South Bank University Southwark and 50% on placement at Whipps Cross Hospital.

This application is for Whipps Cross University Hospital.
