Responsibilities
Integration Planning & Delivery

• TSA exit planning: work with EMEA Bioscience integration lead and team members to ensure TSA exit plans are fit for purpose and delivered on time and in scope
• Workshop facilitation: support the design and execution of TSA exit workshops across countries and functions, and drive the resulting actions to closure
• Integrated plan ownership: own the EMEA plan across workstreams, with milestones, owners, dependencies and critical path aligned to TSA exit dates
• Delivery drive: hold owners to commitments, identify slippage early and agree recovery actions
• Scope and change control: assess the impact of change on plan, resource and exit dates
• Governance design and operation: Enhance and run the EMEA governance approach across functions and teams
• Decision management: ensure effective decision making through accurate definition, implementation and recording
• Leadership reporting: produce concise, accurate status and briefing reports/ material

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• RAID ownership: maintain Risk, Actions, Issues and Dependency log to support effective programme management
• Dependency management: manage inter business and function dependencies

Country, Functional & Documentation

• Country engagement: consolidate country and hub input, surface local constraints
• Process documentation and PMO standards: lead current-state mapping and gap tracking, and set the trackers, templates and reporting standards to be used across the program
• Handover to business as usual: transfer documentation, ownership and residual actions cleanly as workstreams and services close

Requirements
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Management or a related field; Master's an advantage
• Formal project or program management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent)
• 5+ years in project and program management, including leading cross-functional programs to delivery in a multi-country environment is advantageous
• Experience in management consulting or a Big 4 professional services firm, particularly in M&A, integration, separation or transformation engagements, is an advantage
• Direct experience of post-merger integration, carve-out, TSA exit or major system migration is strongly preferred
• Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences experience is advantageous, as is a commercial or sales operations background

Program & Functional Skills

• Program planning: build and maintain an integrated multi-workstream plan and keep it accurate as conditions change
• Governance: design and run governance that produces decisions, and hold senior stakeholders to the cadence
• Workshop facilitation: design and facilitate cross-functional workshops and convert output into agreed actions and owners
• Risk and process: maintain structured RAID logs, and lead process mapping and gap analysis

Technical Skills

• Confident use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote
• Practical experience of project tracking tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira
• Able to produce executive-ready PowerPoint material without support
• Familiarity with Power BI, SFDC, CPQ and ERP environments is desirable

• Professional discretion with confidential organizational and commercial information
• Adaptable and composed in a fast-moving transition environment

Languages & Mobility

• Fluent English required; additional EMEA languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within EMEA and to the USA as required
