Job summaryAre you a Nurse who is passionate about working with people to improve their quality of life and reduce symptoms of an eating disorder? Are you compassionate, respectful, kind and dynamic? Are you experienced in managing complexity and comorbidities? If you are looking to to be part of a team working as an MDT to support patients and their families across the age range in a specialist setting then this post may well be for you. This role is to work with our patients to provide intensive treatment in the community to prevent hospital admission and works with children, young people and adults.
Main duties of the jobOur Nurse's are active in in triage, specialist assessment and treatment of people with Eating Disorders. We deliver NICE compliant treatments such as CBT-E, CBT-T, Mantra, FT-AN and specialist supportive clinical management.

At our last CQC inspection we attained Good in all areas and Outstanding in responsiveness. We are always learning from our experiences, team and patient feedback. We have an excellent supervision and structure and team meetings. We work together as a comprehensive MDT.
Job responsibilities
We deliver robust in service training around all areas of practice including but not limited to MEED, ARFID, FT-AN, risk management, and CBT skills and knowledge. Developing our team is a top priority for us to ensure effective care and confidence and competency in our team. We deliver an ARFID pathway and an intensive outreach team.
Essential- Comprehensive experience of working with complexity and comorbidities in MH setting
- Passion for eating disorders
- CPD in eating disorder and relatable areas
- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
