Main duties of the jobIn this influential role, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight, promote recovery-focused and least restrictive practice, manage quality and risk, and use performance information to drive continuous improvement. You will build strong multidisciplinary and multi-agency relationships, support service development and change, and help create an inclusive culture where staff feel valued and able to deliver care with compassion.
