You will play a vital role within the field operations department, delivering a vital service for one of our strategic partners through the provision of high-quality, point-of-care health testing.

Operating across various office locations, you will deliver an excellent customer experience by accurately conducting health measurements, sensitively relaying key results, and briefly contextualising findings to encourage positive lifestyle behaviours.

  • Take ownership of your schedule: manage stock levels, plan your routes to client offices in advance, care for and clean down your equipment, and pack away at the end of each day.
  • Provide excellent customer service at every stage: answer questions, manage feedback or complaints professionally, and help customers feel satisfied with their experience.
  • Attend all required training and keep clinical skills and knowledge up to date, including regular refreshers on point-of-care testing and assessment techniques.
