Job summary
Are you a Physiotherapist with experience across all core rotations at Band 5 level? Are you looking for Band 6 opportunities to progress your career further?

We have a full-time Band 6 Rotational Physiotherapist post to advertise internally.

The successful candidate would work across a variety of inpatient and outpatient teams, and would be supported by senior therapy staff, team leads and pathway leads who all work collaboratively within Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job
  • You will manage a varied and complex caseload of patients.

Throughout your role, you'll be building relationships with new multi-disciplinary teams and developing and enhancing your professional career with unique benefits, opportunities and incentives such as:

  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Health Professions Council registered

Desirable
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Involvement in Relevant Special Clinical Interest Groups

Knowledge and Experience
Essential
  • Experience of working as part of a Physiotherapy team and/ or multidisciplinary team
  • Contributing to clinical education of less experienced staff, students or assistants
  • Experience of discharge planning

  • Knowledge of clinical Governance & its application to Physiotherapy

Desirable
  • Previous experience at Band 6
  • Clinical supervision of students & non-registered staff
