Salary Up to £55,702 per annum - Depending on experience.Permanent - 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

You’ll help us make health happen by:- Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home
- Create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records
- Maintain correct staffing levels through efficient management of rotas
- Provide day to day support and guidance to the team - promoting residents' independence, choice and dignity
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community
- Create and develop strong relationships with local partners, raising the care home’s profile
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to NMC Codes of Conduct
- Understanding of the benefits of the right nursing care, championing independence, choice and dignity
- Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning
- Effective communicator who builds strong relationships
- Natural leader ready to share clinical experience, lead and mentor a team
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Respectful and compassionate team player
