We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and established team at Bupa Dental Care Flackwell Heath.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Thursday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• One Saturday per month: 9:00am to 1:00pm
• Time off in lieu provided for Saturday working

Our modern 6-surgery practice offers a wide range of treatments, including Dental Implants, Endodontics and Invisalign, providing excellent opportunities to develop your skills and work alongside experienced clinicians.

As Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, leading and mentoring the nursing team while delivering exceptional patient care.

Lead Dental Nurse skills and experience:

• Confident leading a team
• GDC Registered
• Preferred Dentally experience
• Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
• Oversee reception and staff rotas
• Update patient records
• Set up decontamination of instruments
• Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
• Undertake some reception duties
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Strong communication skills
• Provide excellent patient care
