Neuro Physiotherapist Expert WitnessBush & Company Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team as an Expert Witness. This is a self-employed associate role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.
Role OverviewAs an Expert Witness, you will provide independent, objective assessments and reports for legal cases involving individuals with neurological conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in helping the courts understand the long-term impact of injuries and the rehabilitation needs of claimants.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive neuro-physiotherapy assessments of claimants.
- Prepare detailed, well-structured expert witness reports for legal proceedings.
- Provide expert opinion on rehabilitation needs, prognosis, and care costs.
- Liaise with solicitors, barristers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of neuro-rehabilitation practices and legal frameworks.
Requirements- Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
- Extensive experience in neuro-rehabilitation.
- Expert witness training or experience is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own caseload.
