Role OverviewAs an Expert Witness, you will provide independent assessments and detailed reports for legal cases involving children. Your expertise will inform court decisions and support the legal process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive paediatric occupational therapy assessments
- Prepare detailed expert witness reports for legal proceedings
- Provide expert testimony in court when required
- Collaborate with legal professionals and other experts
Requirements- Registered with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
- Extensive experience in paediatric occupational therapy
- Expert witness training or experience
- Strong report writing and communication skills
