Paediatric Speech and Language TherapistBush & Company Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. This is a self-employed associate role offering a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements.
Role OverviewAs a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. You will work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes.
- Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including home, school, and clinic.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and interventions.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
Requirements- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with current HCPC registration.
- Experience working with paediatric populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
