Working closely with the wider management and clinical team, you will help maintain high standards of care delivery while supporting a safe, structured and professionally led service throughout the day.

This is a hands on clinical leadership role where you will support and guide the nursing and care team across your shift, helping create a calm, responsive and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues. You will oversee clinical care delivery, support care planning and risk management, monitor resident wellbeing and ensure accurate documentation and medication administration processes are maintained to a high standard. Responding to changing clinical needs, incidents and concerns, you will use your judgement and experience to support safe and effective decision making across the service.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will contribute towards a collaborative and clinically focused environment while supporting the ongoing development, confidence and performance of the wider team.
