Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supportingthree ladies and two gents who currently live in the 5 apartments

All the people supported at this service hold a diagnosis of a Learning Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder or Physical Disability. Some of the people supported can at times display behaviours that can be described as challenging to services.

Our Shifts: 8am till 8pm, 8am till 10pm, 12 - 8pm, 8am till 5pm, 8am till 3pm and sleep in shifts

Contract: Full time Position

Driving License: Preferred

What you will be doing
You’ll be supporting individuals with:

• Personal care, including medication and health support
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Leisure and recreational activities
• Domestic help
• Community engagement
• Maintaining relationships with family and friends
• Moving and positioning
• Supporting with SALT plans
