Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.

Our Shifts: 10am - 11pm | 7am - 10pm | 11pm - 7am | 8am - 3pm | 3pm - 9pm | 8am - 9pm | 10pm - 7am (Sleepover) 11pm - 7am (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for staff to work a mix of the shifts above, but predominantly days and sleepovers.
Contract: We can offer a 36 hour permanent contract
UK Driving License Required? Yes, with the ability to drive the service's manual vehicle (this will soon be replaced with an automatic vehicle)

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting 3 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with enjoying community facilities, gardening, going to concerts, visiting family, going out for walks, movie nights, shopping and arts and crafts

Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
