Senior Manager – Post Market Intelligence, Monitoring & Innovation

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of post-market surveillance, complaint analytics, digital enablement and process transformation.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the global operating model for post-market monitoring, trending, signal detection and escalation.
• Translate complaint, vigilance and product-performance data into evidence-based insights for leadership.
• Oversee post-market surveillance plans, PSUR inputs and outputs, and related deliverables.
• Act as business leader for post-market tools, analytics platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a global multidisciplinary team.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in Quality, Post-Market Surveillance, Complaint Management or Regulatory Affairs in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• At least 5 years’ people leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and EU MDR post-market requirements.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related STEM field.

Working Conditions: UK-based remote role with occasional onsite presence at Deeside and/or London. Travel of up to 10–15% may be required. Equal opportunities policy applies.
