Job summary
As part of the Integrated Community Stroke Service you will be required to participate in the delivery of Speech and Language Therapy, providing specialist assessments and associated care for patients across a defined geographical area. There may be a need to provide countywide cover on occasion.

The successful applicant will have the skills and competencies to provide assessment and rehabilitation through both face-to-face and remote modalities, using approved digital platforms where clinically appropriate.
