Join Our Dynamic Adult Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team in Coventry! Are you a Registered Professional with 12+ months' experience in an Acute or Community setting? Do you have a passion for supporting adults with mental illness in a way that truly makes a difference? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you! Our Age-Independent Service is one team with two vital functions, delivering 24-hour care across Coventry. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same! You'll work 11.5-hour shifts alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team, providing life-changing care to people in their own homes--helping them avoid hospital admission and empowering them to thrive.

Main duties of the job
You'll be at the heart of urgent triage, making critical decisions about care and treatment in real time.
Provide NICE-guideline advice on self-help, resilience, and treatment options via telephone triage.
Signpost to third-sector services and refer into secondary care when needed.
Work across Coventry, a vibrant, diverse city with two universities and a dynamic population. • Relevant Professional Qualification i.e RMN, DipCOT
• Specialist knowledge across a range of procedures and Theory
• Relevant training and experience specialist short courses e.g. STORM

• Substantial experience in Acute Mental health care setting
• Developed specialist knowledge gained within a similar environment over a considerable period of time
• Significant experience of undertaking assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk management
