We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering clinical leadership to our OT team and high-quality support to children and young people with a wide range of physical, learning, and social needs. This is the job for you if you have some experience of working with children or are freshly graduated with an interest in developing your skills in Paediatric Occupational Therapy.
As part of our supportive, multidisciplinary team (MDT), you’ll work closely with families to complete joint multidisciplinary assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and review progress together. You’ll be a confident, empathetic communicator who builds strong relationships and delivers expert advice, assessment, training, and intervention programmes. You will have a strong interest in clinical leadership and a passion to support children working with a multidisciplinary team.
You’ll need to be HCPC registered and an RCOT member, with proven experience or interest supporting children with diverse needs such as cerebral palsy, developmental delay, genetic conditions, and sensory processing challenges. Strong IT skills (MS Office and clinical databases) and confident report writing are essential.
Flexibility is key — as you will be required to work with a complex and variable caseload along with a passionate team working at our clinic between Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll also contribute to clinical and peer supervision and provide guidance to junior staff members, students and Therapy Assistants where required.
In return, you’ll join a unique and vibrant children’s therapy centre where your clinical expertise and creativity can truly make a difference.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
We look forward to hearing from you.
