Job summaryThe job will be both managerial as the successful candidate will be line manager to the 3 band 6's, the job will also involve working with children and young adults with complex needs alongside fitting newly diagnosed newborns found through NHSP.
Main duties of the jobChief Paediatric Audiologist - Band 7This exciting role is working within a small friendly Paediatric Audiology team. The post is based at the Children's Crystal Development Centre. A multidisciplinary team centre, including community paediatricians, children's ENT, children's physiotherapy and occupational therapy, for children within the Croydon area. The post holder will be involved in the behavioural assessment and monitoring of children of all ages.We have a Consultant Audiovestibular physician who performs the aetiological investigations on our caseload and have a close working relationship with the hearing support services for Croydon.
