Director (m/f/x), Global Market Access – Inline Haematology

The Opportunity
As Director, Market Access – Inline Haematology, you will shape and execute market access strategies for CSL's inline haematology portfolio. You will help maximize asset value throughout the product lifecycle by securing and optimizing pricing, reimbursement, and patient access across key international markets. This highly collaborative role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a complex and evolving payer environment.

The Role

• Develop and implement market access strategies for the assigned therapeutic area, aligned with broader organizational and brand objectives.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to embed market access considerations in brand strategy and execution.
• Lead key inline market access deliverables, including the preparation, submission, and renewal of pricing and reimbursement and health technology assessment dossiers.
• Monitor payer regulations, policy developments, and economic evidence across key markets; identify opportunities and risks and develop proactive response plans.
• Lead the development and periodic update of the Global Value Dossier to support affiliate pricing and reimbursement and health technology assessment submissions.
• Guide country teams through submissions, negotiations, and interactions with authorities, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
• Develop and refine payer value propositions and health economic models that clearly communicate the clinical and economic value of inline assets.
• Support lifecycle evidence generation and pricing strategy optimization to maintain and enhance pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.
• Provide market access insights for forecasting and long-range planning, including payer policy analysis and risk assessment.

Your Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of market access experience, including substantial exposure to healthcare systems across international markets.
• Demonstrated success in securing and optimizing pricing, reimbursement, and patient access within the relevant therapeutic area.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, payer landscapes, and market access dynamics across diverse markets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and local teams.
