Job summaryWe are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Hospital Elowen.
You will be working 42 hours per week including day/night and weekend shifts.
Day shift working hours will be: 8am - 8pm
Night shift working hours will be: 19:30pm - 8:30am
Cygnet Elowen Hospital is a 24 bed service comprising of two wards providing a specialist service for management of Eating Disorders, Personality Disorder and Disordered Eating for women aged 18 and over.
The service will also provide treatment for individuals who have other co-morbid mental health problems, complex challenging behaviour and self-harm.

- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, & improve quality
- Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
- Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with patients, relatives & other healthcare professionals
- Safe administration of medication as per local and national guidelines
- Provide effective direction and support to junior members of the team
You..- An experienced RMN with a current Pin Number, you'll have

- The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role
- A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
